We also visited Toronto and the Niagara Falls just before covid and really loved it! We did a boat ride near the falls (with the beautiful iconic ponchos) and I was especially shocked by the thundering sound of the waterfalls, it truly added to the grandeur.
Thats great!! We definitely felt a bit sorry for the people on the boat. There is just so much water and I imagine you're soaked when you return. Worth it though I suspect 😉
Not only do the places look amazing, but also the way the journey is described sounds authentic -something I'd definitely recommend highlighting in your upcoming pitches, too ;)
We unfortunately didn’t this time! A local gave us that as a tip as well, but we ended up wanting to get to the airbnb, make dinner and do nothing for one evening. We’ll have to make our way back there and do it next time. It really sounds great.

Sounds like you had a great time. I hope you had a chance to drive the Niagara Parkway between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake.

Definitely make it back. I used to live in Fort Erie. Parkway is a great escape.
Try a cycling wine tour from Niagara on the lake as well.
